TSODE HUT AT FOGBE:
Many years ago,
before the advent of mallam babba, a small round hut roofed with thatched
appeared mysteriously at Fogbe.
During the
expeditions and wars carried on at the Zhitakos by late mallam babba, the Tsode
hut served as protection to the people of Fogbe.
One amazing feature
of Tsode hut to the people is that despite it small size, it accommodates
whatever number of people that is available to go in.
It is also believed
that all invocations offered in tsode hut are certainly answered.
It is an
abomination for the village head of Fogbe to set eyes on the village head of
the nearby village- Kibban. It is feared that there meeting could lead to the
death of one.
It is also an
abomination for whoever reign as Emir of Agaie to see the Tsode hut.

EWUGI:
Mallam babba and
his brother suleimanu never had it easy on the Ewugi people because of the
protection Lukpa river provided.

made to conquer ewugi was not successful. Whenever mallam Babba and his brother
Suleimanu crept into Ewugi with their army, the entire army became flooded with
Lukpa river.
The Lukpa river
never dries; it habors all species of aquatic animals but a taboo to either
fish consume fiish from lukpa river.
HRH Late Etsu
Muhammadu Bello OON (1953-1989) had great passion for the preservation and
sanctity of Lukpa River. Every Friday he sends warning signals on the danger of
consuming Lukpa fish.
Till date, no one
dares consumes Lukpa fish as no amount of boiling softens it. Hitherto,
whenever an attempt to cut Lukpa fish proves difficult because of it hardness,
the sliced part resurrect when thrown back to the river. Mallam Babba brother
Suleimanu died at Ewugi.
WANZAYA HILL:
During the early
expeditions and jihad (Islamic war) to conquer Agaie and establish islam,
Masaba of Bida’s army launched several unsuccessful attacks on mallam babbas
army. The Wanzaya hill, north ward of Agaie gave the desired protection.
Pati wanzaya as it
is called; will miraculously enlarge, barricading the entrance to Agaie
whenever enemy attack is sighted.
Historically, Pati
Wanzaya served as garkuwan Agaie i.e a mask in terms of danger or war.
